If you, as the Advertiser or User, do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this Website, and you must exit the Website immediately. You may not access, print, or download any materials from this site unless you agree to these Terms.

- An online platform for the publication and display of advertisements for erotic massage therapists, establishments, and agencies in Australia (the “Services”).

General Terms for Advertisers
Lustia.com.au provides digital and online services to:
- Advertise Australian erotic massage therapists, establishments, and agencies (“Advertisers”).
- Allow users to search for erotic massage services (“Users”).
By submitting an advertisement on Lustia.com.au, you agree to the following:
- You are over 18 years of age and will not misrepresent your age.
- You are independent and not affiliated with any competitor directory or platform.
- You own or have written permission to use any materials submitted for publication (e.g., photographs, text).
Prohibited Conduct
Your advertisement or account may be removed without refund if:
- You use another person’s photographs or advertising materials.
- You operate as a competitor directory or redirect users to another directory or platform.
- You mislead or misrepresent your identity, services, or affiliation.
- You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Right to Display
By submitting materials to Lustia.com.au, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use the materials solely on our platform and associated services for the purpose of providing and promoting your advertisements.
This licence does not extend to the use of your materials outside Lustia.com.au without your explicit consent. You retain full ownership of your materials.
Legal Compliance
As an Advertiser, you are solely responsible for ensuring your advertisements comply with all relevant Australian laws, including but not limited to:
- Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)
- Fair Trading Acts in applicable states and territories
- Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles
- Anti-discrimination and equal opportunity laws
Advertising Period and Pause Requests
Advertising periods begin on the agreed date. Advertisers may request to pause their advertisements, and any prepaid advertising credits must be used within 90 days. Unused credits will expire after this period.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided at the absolute discretion of Lustia.com.au and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind once advertising space has been purchased and activated.
PART B: TERMS FOR USERS
General Terms for Users
Users search and use the Website at their own risk. Lustia.com.au is a directory platform and does not verify the accuracy, legitimacy, or qualifications of Advertisers.
Lustia.com.au disclaims all liability for:
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in advertisements.
- Transactions initiated due to advertisements on the Website.
Obligations of Users
Users agree to:
- Use the Website in compliance with applicable laws.
- Exercise caution when engaging with Advertisers.
- Not reproduce or distribute Website materials without prior consent.
GENERAL TERMS FOR ADVERTISERS AND USERS
Liability and Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, Lustia.com.au:
- Is not liable for losses arising from the use of the Website or Services.
- Limits liability to the re-supply of the Services or the cost of re-supply.
Users and Advertisers indemnify Lustia.com.au against claims arising from breaches of these Terms or misuse of the Website.
